The process of learning actually has different routes or by-lanes for that matter. However, learning online does provide us a way to learn which is very different in delivery. Moreover, the tools utilized in the process are also quite distinct. However, it would be wise to evaluate how online learning programs actually do in comparison to traditional classroom learning.
So, we can also refer to classroom learning as face-to-face training programs. Such programs are available in venues around the world through schools, universities, colleges etc. Ideally, experienced Instructors are required to conduct structured classroom sessions, of high quality, designed to meet the needs of the many individuals collectively. However to reconcile the different modes of learning some middle ground must be sought. The future lies not in online learning replacing the style of teaching that exists but in them playing a supplementary role. So, a blended form of delivery would be the ideal way of learning which gives us the best of both the worlds.
